WORK EXPERIENCE
Self employed for 15 years preparing federal and state tax returns from the states of Maine down to Florida as well as tax returns for clients across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. I also perform business consulting, business formation.
25 years accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll experience with fortune 100, fortune 500, and not-for profit companies.
Note: I was the first Assistant Comptroller of Virginia Union University, a Historic Black College.
PERSONAL
Resides in Richmond Virginia. Have two young adult sons, Justin and Joshua. Enjoys restoring older cars and trucks. Also enjoys renovating houses.
LaTilda Owens
LaTilda Owens is the Co-Founder and CEO of LHO Business Solutions, LHO Solutions, and LHO HR and Staffing Solutions. LaTilda specializes in Finance and Accounting Services, Human Resource Consulting, and Business Strategy.
LaTilda has a corporate background in Accounting and Finance, working for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies for over 10 years. In 2013, LaTilda decided to step out on faith and pursue her God given purpose of assisting Kingdom businesses by launching her own consulting firm. LaTilda has worked with over 300 small businesses and has been a trusted business strategist to several companies across our community.
LaTilda is a proud alumnus of Hampton University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. LaTilda also earned her MBA from Strayer University with a concentration in accounting. During, LaTilda’s free time she enjoys traveling, eating out at fancy restaurants, shopping, and cooking for family and friends. LaTilda is a follower of Christ, a Wife and a Mother to four amazing children. And on top of all this, she is currently serving as the President of the RVA GO Getters.
